Our goal is to get you fit. We’ll help you reach your fitness potential during the extended semi-lockdown. Training takes place on Zoom twice a week, from November to May.

There’s always variety. Every four weeks, our accredited coach presents a new training program, and every week is a variation on a theme.

Its challenging, it’s fun, and it’s great to have people to train with.
